The LORD Is My Healer [Exodus 15:22-27]

When the Israelites discovered bitter water at the beginning of their trek through the wilderness, God instructed Moses on how to make it sweet.  God reminded them that He is their Healer, and we must remember that no situation is behind His remedying.

  • After experiencing a mighty victory by God and giving Him praise, Moses led Israel into the wilderness. (5:22)

  • Within three days of a powerful miracle, the Israelites grumbled against Moses (and the Lord). (5:23-24)

  • When we cry out to the Lord, instead of complaining, God often provides a close by answer. (5:25)

  • Following God’s ways and words protects us from harm. (5:26)God is Yahweh-rapha, the God who heals. (5:26)

  • God is worthy of our trust and obedience and is able to abundantly supply our needs (5:27).Do you believe the Lord to be your Healer?
